Woah, Mona Lisa
The gym really was quite a large specimen, and it really was a wonder that Anna and he were the only ones in the gym. It was ridiculous, actually. Furrowing his brow, he let his eyes wander, nodding as she spoke to show he was listening. Ears flicked, tail following the movement, and he thought about what she said. "Oh, it was our fault. We fought through the ref and the Sacrifice's screaming. They were too annoying, anyway. Avery got a kick out of it."
A disturbing smile was offered for a moment, before it faded as she continued to talk. He nodded nonchalantly. "Yes, it probably would."
His eyes drifted to her feet as they shuffled, and he blinked with suprise. He regained composure, and spoke.
"That's not quite it. I find the world completely dissaproving, you see."
And with that, he stared off thoughtfully into space.
I'd pay to see you frown.

Well, Anna had most certainly not bargained for a philosophy lesson here. But his comment about the world made the young sacrifice frown. She noticed the stare and stepped directly into it. Well, she could be a little bit annoying, but the cat in her persisted for more of an inquiry. "What do you mean by that? This world is fantastic." And yet, Skylar could dare say that he disapproved? She had to admit, as much as it was wonderful, there were some things that were wrong with it. Vices such as poverty, war, and famine... but they had been around for ages. Something in Anna told her there was more to this thought.
