Name: Rhiannon Ehller Age: 16 DoB: February 20th Gender: Female Grade: 11th; Junior
Hair: Black hair, pin straight, covers her head and falls to an inch or so below her shoulder. Sloppy layers are cut into her hair, and she has no bangs, instead, her hair seems to be pretty even in length. A dark blue streak frames the right side of her face.
It's very uncommon for the girl to do anything with her hair other than brush it out. On a rare occasion she may put it in a ponytail, or allow someone 'close' to her to braid it, but other than that, it tends to be kept straight, and down. Ears: Her ears are average sized, and tufted at the top. They are silver in color, and along the edges are marked with an almost-black color.
Her tail, fluffy and maine coon-like in appearance holds the markings of a silver, classic tabby. Eye Color: Rhia's eyes are a shade of deep indigo blue, dark, and depending on the lighting, can be mistaken for black. Skin Tone: Pale and prone to burns, Rhiannon tends to avoid harsh sunlight as often as possible. Height: 5'7 Weight: 113 lbs
Description: Being a pale girl, thin and for the most part lacking curves, she wouldn't really be something to stare at if it weren't for the bright colored t-shirts she tended to wear. Neon shades were common on the lady, in both the Converses she normally wore, and her shirts. It was rather uncommon to see her in anything other than a pair of jeans as well.
Jewelry was common on Rhiannon, though for the most part, it changed during the week. Only one thing was ever kept constant, a necklace around her neck. A long, cheap, black metal chain with five black feathers on it. Three were connected in the middle, and then one on each side of middle piece, which seperated by about three inches of space were how they were arranged. A circular, dark purple glass bead was on each side of each feather.
Likes:- Manipulation - she finds it to be a skillful game of sorts, using words to play people like pawns in a game of chess; anticipating other's movements and reactions to get them just where she wants them to be.
- Chess - Though she'd never admit it, Rhiannon'd kill for a good game.
- Rain - Such a pure element. Standing in the rain is something she truly enjoys.
- Strangely colored hair - Rhia has a slight obsession with it, and commonly prods at and feels the hair of people whom dye their hair strange colors.
- Conversation - A gifted conversationalist, the girl finds herself to love the general idea of talking. It's not uncommon for her to eavesdrop just because conversations, as a general thing, interest her to no end.
- Witty comments - Even if used against her in some way, Rhiannon can't help but praise those who can come up with a good, even if rude comment.
- Intelligence - Rhia believes that those that are 'dumb' are wastes of time and space. Communication shouldn't be given to just anyone; it's used to lead, to control, to make advancements. The 'dumb' waste such a powerful tool.
- Her 'puppets' - Rhia's main pawns, and favorite play things. Normally, she's fiercely protective of them...they're not something the lady likes to share.
Dislikes:- Spiders - The nasty, eight-legged beasties disgust her.
- Bugs - Though she understands they have their uses, Rhia can't ever help but wish they could avoid her. The girl's terrified of bugs.
- Loud noises - If you need to yell to get a point across, you're not clever enough to keep your cool and reword what you're saying to be understandable to others. Besides, they tend to frighten the jumpy girl.
- Thunderstorms - The loud noises always startle her.
- Lightning - Though pretty, lightning is terrifying. The idea of being electrocuted during a storm frightens her to no end.
- Being attached to someone - You can't get too close to people or you lose sight of your goals, besides caring about others just makes everything harder. And then there's always the fear of them abandoning you.
Personality: Sarcastic, cold, cruel, manipulative; all of these could easily describe the dark girl, but only in her mind. Pessimistic and easily able to crush the hopes and dreams, few would find the 'true' Rhia to be utterly unbearable. Aggressive and seemingly heartless, who would ever find themselves willingly around this girl? All of this was hidden within the inside of her head.
On the outside, the girl was sweet, kind, someone easy to talk to. She didn't seem to judge, or hate, and could seem rather caring. Being approachable made wrapping her strings around her newest toys far easier, did it not? After all, what would you prefer to be around, someone cold and aggressive, or someone kind and loving?
A rather good actress, and having the ability to lie through her teeth, normally guilt free, gave surely helped. Of course, when someone lives in lies for so long, sometimes they can have a bit of trouble distinguishing what is, from what's not.
Territorial over her puppets, and determined when it comes to persuading puppets to become her's, when she's set her mind to collecting someone, it's rather to avoid.
Hidden without the icy interior, and the perky exterior, quite a bit of self-contempt exists. If I'm so good, why did mom have to go? Clever, a good speaker, a leader? I must have failed some expectation. Due to this failing of sorts, the girl tends to have quite a bit of trust issues. Friends are non-existent, there are only weights to hold you down.
Having her mother's inability to settle down with anyone, and the guilt of having chased her mom away, she finds herself to be incapable of holding friendships, and instead, merely looks to control and lead. If you're the one playing the strings, after all, there's no way that they can leave, and they're not tying you down anywhere, now are they?
Though deep down, she longs for friendship, a fear of such a trust has her keep people at arm's length, and if anyone gets too close, she tends to try and push them away. Someone's surely scared of being left behind.
History: Rhia's history starts, not at birth, but instead at the meeting of her parents. Her father, a college student working to become a lawyer, and his mother a high school dropout who waitressed at a diner, the two seemed an unlikely pair.
After around two years of date, a pregnancy came into the picture changing everything. A flighty mother seemed anchored down a family she didn't want. She stayed in Pittsburgh, feeling unable to escape.
Nine months later, a recently graduated lawyer was left with a child and no wife.
He never complained, no, not once. He loved his darling daughter to no end. Even if he couldn't have his wife he had his daughter, who clearly took after him. The only thing she seemed to have inherited from mother darling were those big, dark blue eyes.
Being a lawyer was a busy job, and though she was left at a daycare during the times that she was young, and a babysitter when she was old enough to be at home but still needed someone to watch over her. Very little time was actually spent between them, but whenever there was time, a game of chess was sure to be played as they talked; a game of wit.
It become care pretty clear pretty early on that the girl was clever, even if she had poor grades. It wasn't that she didn't understand the content, just growing up basically on her own, she acted up quite a bit.
By the time she hit 6th grade, it seemed to have all settled down though. Kind, polite, calm, agreeable, she seemed to be the kind of girl you'd want to be around; friendly and outgoing and even at times, sympathetic. Her friends seemed to be good kids gone bad though, constantly doing something or another that wasn't right. No one pointed a finger at the 'changed' Rhiannon.
At the end of 10th grade, she was invited to go to a school only a few hours drive away from her home. The Academy. She quickly accepted, and father gave no argument about it. Sure, he'd miss his daughter, but at least this way she'd constantly have someone looking over her, right?
