After stopping briefly at Dorians dorm to gather his few things, the pair continued on to the Fighters wing of te building, where Alex's own dorm was.It was a little ironic that Alex had wondered about his Sacrifice for so long when they had been so close to each other the whole time. About halfway down this secluded hall Alex stopped in front of a door marked #27.Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a back leather wallet with the outline of a tiger pressed into the face. Attached to the silver clasp that closed the wallet was a single golden key."Well, this is it." he said as he unlocked the door.
Stepping in to flick on the lights he revealed the contents of the room. It held the same two beds, 2 work desks, and computor that the others did, but where as one side looked lived in, the other was utterly unused. The bedsheets were crisp and unwrinkled, the chair was pused in to the work desk neatly, and the entire half of that side was undisturbed. Alex's side was another story. Books were strewn neatly across the computor desk and window sill. His bed had it's own navy comforter and pillow set that he'd brought from home, and te bed itsel was half made. The sheets themselves smelled like he did- of Axe Kilo and Cinnimon. On his work desk was a small two storey cage housing two two female rats , one a dark silver, the other marked like a siamese cat. Against the wall next to the window was a small dresser, and atop it was a small fishbowl. In it was a stunning crimson fish with long, flowing fins. "Sorry it's a mess- I wasn't expecting company." he said with a soft laush before sinking down on to his bed and kicking his shoes off.

He was quite pleased, now that he had his powder blue little bag of clothes and whatever else he had decided he might need. Obviously, he'd never really had a need to wander over to the other dorms, before. So this was something new. Not exactly exciting, or anything like that, but still new. Dorian followed with a bounce in his step, looking every bit like a stray puppy who was oh-so-eager to please. Wasn't he always, though? His tail even gave an elated little twitch when he heard the key turning in the lock. It had been quite some time since he'd slept outside of his own room, you see. Maybe it would be a nice little change of pace.
It was already obvious which side of the room was Alex's. The untouched half looked so pristine, it was almost irritating. Made him want to go over and start tossing the blankets around, just to make it look a little more 'lived in'. Compared to his own room, though, it all seemed very organized. Dorian took note of the rats and the fish with a curious tilt of his head. They didn't interest him all that much, but red was a pretty color. So the fish was nice to look at, at least. "Oh, psh. Compared to mine, it's clean. So don't stress, mh?" It was true, you know. His own room had clothing laying about all over the place, an empty bottle lying here and there, little boxes full of this kind of pill, or this many needles. It was a mess, just like he was. Following in after him, Dorian nudged the door closed with his foot, before slipping his shoes off to leave them by the door. Padding over to the bed, he let his bag drop beside it, and flopped down beside where Alex was sitting. On instinct, he tilted his face into the blankets, just for a moment. They didn't smell like some freakish mix of various types of smoke, like his did. Was this how what he smelled like? It was sweet, and nice. He even purred for a moment, before tilting his head just enough to peer up at him with one eye, hair falling across his face to hide the other. "You sure~ you don't mind me being here?" Honestly, he didn't care if he minded or not. Rather, he wanted Alex to want him there.

As Dorian flopped down on the bed beside him, Alex began to carefully shift the loose books ont he floor under his bed. This was partly because he didn't want them cluttering the floor while he had a guest, but it was mostly because he didn't want them getting accidently trampled on. It was then that he remembered his promise to Anna. PAusing from his book maintenance he took a moment to scan the titles at his feet. She had wanted him to bring her his favourite beeks, the ones he would reccomend, and so he hastily grabbed 3 that had caught his eye; Darkwing, Watership Down, and The Romantic, placing them on his bedside table for tomorrow."Do you read Dorian?" it was a sudden question, but he was curious. How much did he and his Sacrifice really have in common?
Anna was sweet, liked to write, and even had ears that rivalled his in size. He liked her, and she liked him, but...He wanted to like Dorian too, wanted him to be just as much a friend as Anna was. Of course, Alex had suspicions that Anna like for him went beyond that of mutual friendship, and so he was often left wondering if they would ever become more than friends.
It was then he noticed Dorain smelling his sheets, and suddenly he became very self concious, and his cheeks lit up in a dull blush. As if sensing this Dorian suddenly spoke, glancing up t him from the blankets in a pose that was almost worth calling cute. "You sure~ you don't mind me being here?" Alarmed that he may scare his guest off, Alex put on a grin and collapsed back on to his pile of pillows. He had far more than was necissary, but he liked the feeling of being surrounded by something while he slept."Of course not." he said before tossing one of his smaller pillows at his Sacrifices head- softly, but playfully.

Watching quietly, he took note of the motion when Alex set the small stack of books aside. Ones he hadn’t finished yet, maybe? There wasn’t time to wonder about pointless things, anyways, since his fighter’s voice called was calling him to attention. “Of course I do~.” That was a given, wasn’t it? Well, no, not really. But, just because it wasn’t his first choice in time killing activities, didn’t mean he’d completely forsaken books altogether. “Mostly tragic romances… And ‘horror’… Gore-erotica…. And comics.” The last one had been added hesitantly, as if he weren’t quite willing to admit to what he thought was a childish little hobby. He still collected comics, and various memorabilia from certain series’ he’d taken a particular liking to. Mostly those thick set Korean comics, with flashy cover art. “What do you like, mh?”
Ah, that was still cute, wasn’t it? That blush, just then. But before Dorian’s smirking lips could part to tease his fighter, the male in question flopped back into his pillows, and he was caught off guard by a pillow to the head. He squeaked in surprise, though it quickly melted into something of a soft giggle. ‘Of course not’, hm? Good, good. Unless he was lying, of course, but his fighter didn’t seem to be the dishonest type. Not when his expressions were always so honest. It was a good quality to have, and he was almost jealous of it. Seeing how Dorian himself was such a two faced little monster. But he still had yet to complain. Readjusting the glasses that had been knocked just slightly askew, he wriggled closer to his fighters side, propping his head up on his arms. ”Oh~? I’m glad, then. I was worried I might be keeping you from a girlfriend, or something.” Eyelids lowering partway, his smirk widened just the tiniest bit. His tone was teasing, but there was always a question hidden in everything he said. He was careful, mind you, to hide it. Simply put… He would have been terribly upset, if it turned out that his fighter belonged to someone else.
Half wondering if his fighter could already tell when he was lying, he made to change the subject by reaching to give both Alex’s cat ears a very light, careful little tug. Just to make sure he knew where he wanted his attention to be. “I’m curious, you know. Am I anything close to what you were expecting your sacrifice to be like?”

He felt guilty- really he did. For some reason he found himself comparing them; Anna and Dorian. Anna was so easy to be around that he had wondered why she had not been his Sacrifice, but Dorian- there was something about him that made Alex want to like him more, that begged for the comfortabecloseness that he and Anna had tenfold. Temperless wanted to be controlled, used, and loved by it's other half, but the part of him that was Alex was still fighting it, still resented everything being a Fighter meant- he was a dog, and the dog in him wanted to be loyal to it's master.
When Dorian admitted to having a likeness of books, Alex was almost relieved- they had one more thing in common. "I like fantasies, angst romances, the occasional non-fiction. And yes- once and a while I'll get into a comic or manga." he admitted while staring at the ceilling. Then, like a puppy sneaking up from the foot of the bed to try and steal some pillow, Dorian came wriggling up beside Alex on the bed. Butterflies scored the inside of his chest and his tail came to wrap around his waste. ”Oh~? I’m glad, then. I was worried I might be keeping you from a girlfriend, or something.” His thoughts immidiately went to Anna- what were they? They were close yes, but not quite in a relationship. They went places together and were comfortable holding hands, but he wouldn't call her his girlfriend. "Wouldn't matter- I'm yours right? That means you come first. His rough voice was soft spoken, and his cheeks were burning, but his bangs had fallen over his face in a way that helped to hide his embaressment at having said something so, so....personal? Intimate? True? This was what was meant of him, wasn't it? Anna may have been nice, but in the long run there could e no deeper bond than what he would eventully come to have with Dorian- right?
“I’m curious, you know. Am I anything close to what you were expecting your sacrifice to be like?” This change in topic caused Alex to relax abit, and the tip of his tail that rested higher up on his stomach flicked contently from side to side as he considered it. "I'm not sure what I expected really. I used to watch the kids with partners sometimes, just to try and understand. Sometimes their so different from each other, but they're almost always happy. I didn't get how people could just get along like that, how they could trust each so much." Golden eyes seemed to dull for a moment as his thoughts brought him far from where he was, to the father and house he lived in not so long ago. He used to watch kids with their fathers when they were young and he'd wonder the same thing; how were they were so happy, how could they trust each other so much....When his own father was a monster? It hurt to admit to himself, but he was afraid of Dorian, of the devastation he could cause Alex if he ever let him in. Of course, Alex had no interest in his Dad, no connection like he would have with this boy. Would then, it maybe be ok for Dorian to hurt him, to use him, as long as he really, truly wanted him? Maybe that alone would make up for everything. "But, maybe I'll find out..." what it's like to be happy, to trust someone. he didn't say the last part out loud, but his eyes flickered up to the Hazel ones beside him, and in them was an unspoken promise- yours forever, to use as you want, as long as you'll keep me. He was tired of being run into the ground than thrown away.
"What about you? I'm probably not what you expected huh?" he asked with a light laugh, trying to keep any tension from building.

The motion of the other’s tail amused him, for one strange reason or another. Was it just a habit, or a nervous reflex? Pish, he wasn’t uncomfortable with having him so close, was~ he? Whatever it was, he couldn’t keep himself from reaching out to paw at it like a curious kitten. He was never very conscious of his own tail, unless it was being tugged or hurt in some unpleasant way. It was fun to toy with others’ though. Or maybe he was simply much easier to amuse than he thought he was. Creeping close enough to tilt his head against his fighter’s chest, he stared up at him with curious eyes, wide behind the lenses of his glasses. His? He came first? It was obvious by the red tint on his cheeks that he was terribly pleased with what he’d just heard. Well, that was exactly what he’d been wanting, right? And for it to come out of his fighter’s mouth first… Well that just made it all the better. “Hnn~, mine? I’d like to hope so~.” And there were those questioning hazel eyes, purring ‘do you love me?’ with a look of wanting. He wanted to keep him locked in a little box.
Hehehe. Maybe he’ll find out, hm? Maybe, maybe. Dorian still wasn’t all that interested in letting Alex see him for what he really was. A nasty little addict with a short temper, and a vicious attitude. Other people… Well, they probably already knew. But he wouldn’t. Not as long as he could keep it hidden, right? Of course. “Well… They probably get along, because they’re… Pleased to finally meet the person they’ve been waiting forever for. Don’t you think?” Sitting up a bit, he just let the question hang, as he slipped the hair tie off of his wrist to tie his messy black curls up in a side ponytail. Girly as it was, he’d always thought it looked rather cute on him, so what harm was there, hm? He already looked like the opposite gender from certain angles, much as he would deny it. Reaching over the side of the bed, Dorian snatched up his bag to rummage around for the pajamas he’d brought. Much more comfortable than his jeans, he wa~nted them. Spoiled, silly thing.
“Hm~?” Raising his head to take note of Alex’s question, he clicked his tongue in thought before answering with his own soft laugh. “I never thought about it much, so I’m not sure what I was expecting, either…. Well, no.” He had at least had some sort of idea, hadn’t he? Rather, a general idea of what he thought most fighters would be like. Not just his own. “A bit aggressive, I think. I always thought that fighters were at least a tad violent, by nature. Hehe, mi dispiace, is that rude?” Dorian wasn’t even aware of the Italian ‘I’m sorry’ he’d thrown in. First language meant that it was second nature, really. “I’m pleased with the fighter I’ve got, though. So it doesn’t really matter what I expected anymore, right?” That much was true, at least. Honest reactions, cute expressions. Really, what was there for him to be unhappy with?

Again with the touching, first his tail, wich almost instinctively began to swirl around Dorians fingers on it's own accord as he entwined it through his fingers, pawing at it playfull. Then came the closeness; both unnerving and strangely....nice. With a soft contented sigh he lay back into his pillows completely relaxed, though his heart pounded viciously. Those eyes- they were on his own again, intense hazel. “Well… They probably get along, because they’re… Pleased to finally meet the person they’ve been waiting forever for. Don’t you think?” As Alex thought about it he watched him put up his hair."Yeah, I guess your right." He said before flicking a stray piece of Dorians bangs with his tail, an absentminded gesture. Ears twitched as he went on to tell Alex just what he'd thought he'd get in a Fighter, and with a playful pinning of his ears Alex sat up. "Hey! I can be a tough-ass." he said with a laugh before falling back against his pillows once more."Did they hurt?" he asked, gesturing to Dorians pierced ears with his tail. "They're nice."

He’d heard it, of course. The way his fighter’s heart had sped up and skipped, when he’d allowed himself to invade his personal space. Dorian had never had a problem with things like that, and it almost confused him when other people reacted so strongly to touches, or other things like that. Not that it wasn’t an interesting thing to watch happen. He just didn’t completely understand it. And yet, he always seemed to inclined to maintain some kind of physical contact with whoever he could. Maybe it was his own subconscious lust for attention. All the time, anytime. He’d always been one of those ‘look at me’ kind of kids, especially when he was younger. And he was still so very immature.
Nodding with a quiet hum when he was agreed with, he pulled the slightly oversized black hoodie from his bag, dropping it in his own lap, and continued to dig through his things. The feel of Alex’s tail suddenly brushing his bangs aside made him jump in slight surprise. It was soft, just like his ears. Cute, as always. Giggling quietly at his reaction to what he’d said before, Dorian’s eyes flicked over to Alex once more. “Mh? Hurt?” It took him a moment, before the gesture pointed out what he’d meant. There were two silver rings on each of his ears, and then there was the barbell and dangling bell in his cat ears. He still planed on getting more done. Not in his ears, though. Maybe a corset piercing, or something. “Nah, not really. But, hehe, you think so? My aunt thought it looked ‘trashy’” Still, his purr was audible, and he was clearly happy with having his appearance praised. “You’d look good with one or two, too, y’know.”

Alex seamed to consider Dorians words for a moment. He didn't have a problem with pain- this was proven given his lifestyle, but he'd never considered piercing himself before. Almost abstentmindedly his hand found its way to one of his large, soft ears."Ya think?" he asked, not really expecting an answer. "So, I heard they're throwing a costume party for Halloween- what are you gonna go as?" Asked Alex. He hadn't decided what he was going to be, or, for that matter, if he was even going to go- dances and stuff weren't really his thing. Chances are he'd end up in a fight or something anyway.

"Mh?" He hadn't really given the dance much thought, and it took him a moment to think of something on the spot. "Not sure... Maybe I'll be lazy, and just be a nurse, or something." Oh yes, and he meant it, too. Dress, little headband, everything. It would look good on him, wouldn't it? It's not like he didn't have nice legs, and a lovely complexion, after all. Oh, silly boy, you're such a vain little thing. Purring in curious content, he arched his back and pulled his own shirt up over his head without hesitation. For one, they wee both guys, which meant there was nothing to hide. And two... He had no shame, anyways. Shoving it into his bag, he slipped on the black sweatshirt he'd taken out before. Snatching up a pair of dark grey short-shorts, he stood with a backwards glance at Alex. "What're you going as, mh?" Without even looking down, he wriggled out of his too-tight jeans to step into his shorts. It would only have been a problem if he hadn't been wearing boxers. And he was, so there wouldn't be any reason for his fighter to fuss.
Actually... he was hoping for a reaction of some kind. But if there wasn't one, ah well. Shoving the discarded pants into his bag as well, he dropped it on the floor beside the bed, to keep it out of the way. The hoodie was fitted, sticking close to his sides, but it was long enough to hide the shorts, making it seem more like an alarmingly short dress, than anything else. He would have denied it, but he did look undeniably feminine at that very moment. Tch, he could wear what he wanted to.
Crawling back onto the bed, he squirmed into his previous place beside his fighter, seeming quite content to simply lay there. "It'll be boring if you don't go, you know~." It might have been unnecessary, but he felt the need to add it. Just in case Alex had already decided against going. Really, what was the use of having him at all, if he couldn't drag him around? His own tail twitched absently as he purred softly, curling his fingers into the sheets and resting his head on his fighter's shoulder. His eyes were lazy and half lidded behind his glasses, but he still wasn't sleepy, yet. Rather, he was simply pleased with the added warmth. "I'd be all by myself~."

"Not sure... Maybe I'll be lazy, and just be a nurse, or something." His ears perked at this, and a mild curiosity raised a single brow. His Sacrifice sure was a strange one, but not exactly in an unpleasent way. Of course Alex had known the guy for not even tweanty four hours, so he couldn't pass judgement on him yet. Then, quite suddenly, Dorian was shirtless. Alex felt the fur on his ears and tail bristle up as a wave of heat flooded is cheeks, but with a soft sigh he straightened himself out and looked away, not able to bring himself to look at the smooth skin of the boy beside him. By now he was a bit more understanding with him, and it didn't embaress him so much as make him feel uncertain, and so he felt it best if he simply relaxed and looked away."What're you going as, mh?" A moment later Dorian was back at his side on the bed, a form fitting sweater covering his upper body and leaving is legs rather exposed."It'll be boring if you don't go, you know~." He started purring then, a deep, rythmic sound that was almost foreign to Alex, who had, himself, never had a reason to make the noise and never been around anyone else to hear them make it. He wondered, briefly, if he even could make such a contented noise, but quickly pushed the thought aside when Dorians head came to rest on his shoulder. His eyes drifted shut an inch as his Sacrifices scent, so different from his own, filled his nose, and he he suddenly found himself leaning his head against his partners, lids half closed in a similar manner to the other boys."I'd be all by myself~." "Wasn't gonna go..." he murmered, "...but I could always bang myself up a bit and go as your patiant." he said with a soft laugh, obviously joking. Of course, he wouldlikely end up going if Dorian really wanted him to, just to humor him. Maybe he'd put some whiskers on and go as a kitten.

He couldn’t help but smile a bit wider in response, when he felt Alex’s head tilt close enough for him to feel the heat of his breath against his hair. The contrast between the cinnamon-y scent of his fighter and his own lightly floral one was nice. And he was warm~. So very warm. “Mh? You weren’t?” His eyebrows furrowed a bit, and this time his pout was genuine. Seriously, now. It couldn’t be healthy to stay shut inside, all the time. He needed to get this guy out more often. But his expression relaxed into an amused little smile, and his ears perked up in attention, lightly jostling the bell again. ”Hehehe… That’d be interesting, indeed~. Hnneh~, but I’d be so tempted to stay in character, and play doctor.” What? Was he being a dirty little tease? Of course! It was in his nature, after all. He was allowed to tease Alex, anyways. So there.
Reaching up to toy with the tips of his fighter’s cat ears, he let his eyes flutter shut, just for a moment. He wasn’t tired, of course. No, he didn’t get sleepy. Ah… But that was a lie. Rather, he was simply the type to fight sleep like a toddler, until he dropped on the spot. Sleeping was such a waste of time, anyways. Boring, and pointless. ”You should go as~… Fuuu, I dunno. I’m sure you’d look good in anything, anyways.” Laughing softly to himself, he shifted with a tilt of his head, tucking his face in the crook of his fighter’s neck, regardless of whether or not he was welcome to do so. Had he really been so inclined to do so, he could have bitten him. But he could make himself behave, of course. He wasn’t all that terrible. At least, he wouldn’t act like he was.

”Hehehe… That’d be interesting, indeed~. Hnneh~, but I’d be so tempted to stay in character, and play doctor.” Though Alex may have been able to keep himself from turning red when the boy was changing, there was no getting around this particular comment, and Alex was clearly caught of guard."Uh..I..Uh.." In the end he settled for simply silencing himself with a click of his jaws, and his long tail flicked wildly in time with his heartbeat. What did Dorian mean by that? Surely nothing considered acceptable by most peoples standards, and the fact that it was directed at him, another boy, was even more disturbing...So why did it cause such a reaction in him? He wasn't disgusted or particularly bothered, but more flustered than anything. ”You should go as~… Fuuu, I dunno. I’m sure you’d look good in anything, anyways.” Said Dorian as he nuzzled into Alex's neck, his breath causing goosebumps to raise there. Despite the electricity sparking within Alex making his nerves a wreck, he was strangely liking the whole experience. He'd never let anyone get this close to him, not even Anna, and the fact that Dorian had accomplished such a feat in less than a day made him both very happy and very unsure."I'll figure something out." he said, drawing in a deep breath before sighing contentedly. "Just don't expect anything too fancy."

From his current vantage point, Dorian had been unable to see the lovely blush spread over his fighter’s face. But that wasn’t to say he was unaware. Rather, he could feel the heat radiating off of his skin. And of course, he’d heard the bashful fragments of words that had slipped from his lips. His reactions really were just… Too cute. Surely he couldn’t have been all that surprised by what he’d said, though? Since it should have been painfully obvious that Dorian himself was as straight as a fucking rainbow. Well, was that completely true? What was the term that he usually used for himself, again? Oh, right. He was a ‘homoromantic pansexual’. Meaning, the brat would have been more than happy to fuck anyone, regardless of their gender. But his slimy little heart only had romantic interest in other guys. The simple term was ‘slut’, but anyone who used such a filthy sounding to describe him within his earshot would quickly find themselves eating his knuckles. Or worse, depending on his mood, and the situation. Honestly, how had he managed to keep his ears, for all these years? Wonder, wonder, wonder.
Hazel eyes remained closed as he listened, and laughed quietly against the skin of his fighter’s neck. It wasn’t as if the position was foreign to him, but it was certainly much more comfortable than it would have been with anyone else. Even the simple sound of Alex’s breathing seemed soothing, and nearly had him nodding off, already. That and heartbeats always seemed to make him sleepy. Maybe it was that weird little-kid thing that he’d never grown out of. He wasn’t even aware that he’d unintentionally knocked his glasses crooked again. “Oh~, I don’t know what to expect, so I’ll approve of anything, of course. So long as you’re there~. I’m easy to please, obviously.” In a way, he was, but at the same time… No. It was a complicated thing, and explaining it would have hurt his head, so why bother trying? His fingers twisted in the hem of Alex’s shirt, as they had before, out of childish instinct in his desire to keep himself close. ”As long as I can keep track of you~. Hehehe. “

So warm, so soft...His mind was reeling as sudden exhaustion swamped him, and he found himself strangely at home in this most touchy of positions. He sighed softly as Dorian spoke, and nodded tiredly in agreement as his golden eyes sunk shut. He'd never wanted to put his arms around something so muc, had never wanted to just sink into sleep like this. With Dorians face nuzzled into the crook of his neck and their bodies strung out against one anothers, he was in a world that was entirely his own. Slowly his long tail wrapped itself around both of them, ensuring that his Sacrifice was held firmly against him as they both relaxed."This is....nice." he murmered with a soft smile, but he wasn't entirely expecting a reply.
OOC- sorry its so short we just got our internet back so Iam going to be on a hell of a lot more ^^
