Description: Ebony is what most would call the gay emo queen type. He's tall, thin and pale with a long, thin black tail tipped in white. His ears are the same, with pale gray coating the insides in a soft layer of fur. His right (human) ear is pierced twice with two tiny silver hoops. His hair can only be described as 'gay scene', including the raccoon tails on either side of his face, pink and white. His eyes are two different shades of blue; light and pale on the left, dark and deep on the right. His clothes match his hair, generally relating to the skinny jeans and chains on each pocket, checked belts, canvas shoes and black tees. Surprisingly enough, he's almost always smiling.
The name "Lifeless" is scarred into his right wrist.

Personality: Surprisingly enough, Ebony's a happy little guy. He's book-smart and poetic, but not entirely street smart. Thanks to his sheltered childhood, Ebony tends to look more on the bright side of life, oblivious to the dangers and such that come with being a fighter. He'd rather sit back with a good book or his journal than spend a night on the town. Even though he doesn't look the type, Eb's a social butterfly in his own, quiet, calm way. He's patient and caring and rarely loses his temper, which is more passive than aggressive. He's afraid of dogs (though little ones he can handle sometimes) and tends to shy away from anyone who owns one, despite his best intentions.
History: Ebony has a pretty boring past, actually. He had both parents who loved him, no siblings, living in a white-fence neighborhood his entire life and never had to worry about his grades or the family's income. The only three things to mention are the origin to his fear of dogs, getting bullied in school and his first crush/coming out of the closet. Ebony went to the Academy as soon as he'd made it to middle school level (which was when he was ten, surprisingly enough), since his parents had home schooled him prior. Though he failed his first year (not at all used to a big, semi-public school, or living away from home), he was only a year ahead of the other students after that. His grades were near perfect, and this earned him some haters. The typical school bullies, yadda yadda. His first crush was in grade ten, a boy named Josh who wasn't a fighter or sacrifice, but just a normal kid who lived nearby during the summer and worked near campus during the school year. Unfortunately, Josh was straight, so when Ebony confessed his feelings, he got rejected. He got over it quickly but he'd come of of the closet that day, making things a touch harder for him to be social.
His fear of dogs comes from an attack as a child. He was six. The neighbors were watching their friend's dog for the weekend while the owners were on vacation, and unfortunately it wasn't a friendly pup. The dog was a full grown boxer and when it was let into the yard one afternoon, it jumped the fence and attacked poor Ebony, who'd been playing by himself with a toy that happened to make noise (which was what triggered it in the first place). He received ten stitches in his arm, scars which faded by the time he entered middle school luckily. Otherwise, he was fine and the dog was rehabilitated at his parent's request (they'd never liked the idea of killing an animal for biting someone). Happy ending, blah blah blah.
