< I figure it's Sunday, meaning no school. Behind the main building for the girl's dorms, as decided. > < Also, some references; Astrid's pipe (I want one so much D:) and Astrid's hair. > > Astrid sat back in her computer chair, grinning from ear to ear. Whoever Symmetry was, he was about to smoke up with one of the best stoners of all time! Plus, Gage was coming.
> ...I... kinda missed him, actually. She smiled to herself, her grin fading to something more real, and shy. Then, as soon as it had appeared, it vanished. Wait, what? She shook the thought from her head firmly and turned to get up.
> Today her hair was pink. She'd kept the same style but the temporary black, red and old pink dye had been exchanged for something much more vibrant and clashing. Humming to herself, she skipped over to her dresser, grabbed her bag, keys and ipod, grabbed her pipe and weed from her desk and headed out.
> Except for locking the door, she all but ran downstairs, not entirely sure at to why she was so excited all of a sudden. She slid down the stairs almost effortlessly and within a minute, she was outside, breathing in some fresh air and darting for the back of the building.
> Once there, she stopped to sit down, casually opening the bag of weed and picking out a bud. She took a moment to pack the bowl, humming softly as she did. Once packed, she turned on her music, keeping her headphones around her neck while she listened... and waited.
> Gage is coming. Gage is coming. Gage is coming. She couldn't help it. This guy was precisely what Avery said he'd be; her other half. It was a shame he was gay. She might've actually dated the guy otherwise.

Alex Blake
He wasn't nervous, but he wasn't exactly what you would call comfortable. By all means this was totally unlike him, but he needed something to take the edge off. So, despite the fact that he wasn't a people person and despite the fact that he had no idea who Rottie or Boytoy were, he found himself skipping every other stair until e hit the main platform and swung the door open. It was cool out, and he somewhat regretted not grabbing the black hoodie off of his bed before coming- instead he had only a navy t-shirt on and a pair of pants thats pant legs didnt match.
He walked fast, wanting to keep himself warm, and as he headed toward the back of the girls dorm he found his bright golden eyes scanning the area quickly. To his surprise he heard her before he saw her, or more specically her headphones, and seeing as she was the only pink haired girl out here he was sure it was her. That and the fact that she was packing a bowl. "Not afraid of getting caught?" he asked with a smirk and a raised brow.
He had already told himself he wouldn't over react about any comments made about his slightly to big ears and tail, and with a sigh he sunk down in the cool grasses across from her."Name's Alex." he said imply before chewing softly on hs bottom lip for a second, feeling the small slice left there from his fist fight during lunch. "Thanks for the invite.

Having forgotten to log out at first, Gage had to run back into his room and sign off before his roommate decided it was a good idea to use the computer for something else and saw the conversation they had about them all smoking weed. He didn't know if his roommate was the type of person that would have ratted them out, but he didn't want to take any chances, just in case. In any case, he knew Astrid wouldn't start their little smoking session without him. They were buddies, after all. Gage would be upset if they got a few more puffs than he did, especially since it was some random kid they were sharing the paraphernalia with.
However, when he rounded the corner, he spotted two people that he'd meet before individually. One was his Sacrifice, Astrid, who was obvious to spot given her vibrant hair color. And the other was the kid he'd met today in the hallway during his lunch hour. The kid who had been beat up by some of the other douchebags that lived on this campus. That was who symmetry was? Trying to figure out where the screenname came from, he neared the other two with a grin on his face. He saw the headphones draped around Astrid's neck and nodded approvingly.
"Hey there, pretty lady," he purred, smirking down at the girl. Right after, he nodded at Alex. "Hey, man." He sat down next to Astrid at a distance that would have been considered too close to anyone who wasn't connected to him. He new his partner wouldn't mind if he sat that close to her -- they'd only just met, and the two were still high on the blissful feeling (one that wasn't from the weed). He turned his gaze down upon the pipe that Astrid was keeping watch over and his smirk widened. "Niiiice."

< Instant cling. Just add Gage. > > When her new 'friend' came onto the scene, she did the usual long look over, taking in every detail. Big ears - cute - a slender frame - oh shit, another gay - long ass tail - cute, but yet again, gay - and a casual set of clothing that matched his not overly styled hair. He didn't look bad (she liked the pants, actually) but yet again, she was faced with the impossible-to-penetrate wall of GAY.
> She sighed to herself but smiled none-the-less. At least she could turn this big-eared cutie into a new friend. "My mom can pay bail." She answered simply. "I'm Astrid. Glad you came." She smiled, then took a moment to glance at his lips. He looked battered. Poor kid, I wonder what happened?
> Just as she was about to ask, though, another voice came to her ears and all of her concern flew out the window. Her tail sprung up in ill-hidden excitement as Gage came onto the scene, purring her way (earning a Cheshire grin) and then settling down.
> His close proximity wasn't at all unwelcome. In fact, the moment he sat down and was settled, she all but flopped against him, humming happily. "Took you long enough, tomcat." She purred, resting her head on his arm (she wasn't quite tall enough for the shoulder) and rummaging her pockets for a light. At his comment on her pipe, she grinned even wider. "This is Cecile. She's my pride and joy." Well, next to her Moped "Frankie" and her other pipes "Bobbi" and "Kitten"... and her bong "Simon" and...
> She had a lot of pride... and joy.
> Finally finding her lighter, she decided to be nice and offer Gage the first toke. "So you kittens know each other?" She said idly, carefully handing Gage the pipe but offering to light it for him, since she'd kidnapped his other arm.
> She already felt high, blissful as she'd learned the moment they'd connected. This was her Fighter, her partner for life. Even though he could be crude at times, she enjoyed every second of his company and he didn't seem to mind her company either. The stray kitten had found herself someone to let in. Now if only she could change his mind about men...

Alex Blake He could see her looking him over, taking in every aspect of his body. He didn't return the favor, finding it akward enough to just be strolling in like this, let alone checking her out while he did so. Instead he let her draw whatever conclusion she would from him, and set his eyes on her pipe. It resembled a serpent- sort of- and he found the glass contraption to be far fancier than his own metal one.
"My mom can pay bail." her answer was simple, and Alex found himself chuckling softly, despite the serious way she'd spoken the words. Even if his dad did have the money to bail him out for his wrong doings, he doubt he would have. That man stopped being his father when his mom died, and he'd told him that straight up on more than one occasion. That's reasuring.""I'm Astrid. Glad you came." So far, he was too.
"Hey there, pretty lady, The voice struck as familiar right away, and as he turned he needed his eyes to catch only te smallest glimpse of red hair before he knew who it was. His cheeks his the lightest of pinks as he remembered the embarresing moment in the stairwell, where this guy had found him right after the fight. His lip had been freshly slit, and his arm had been smeared with blood from wiping it. He could imagine how pathetic he had looked leaning against that wall, but he had a string of satisfaction in knowing that one of those jerks had a dislocated knee, and a second had a busted face. They should have just left him alone.
"Hey, man." With the flush gone from his face golden eyes met blue ones, and he nodded in greeting. "So your boytoy?" he said with a smirk as Gage sat down next to Astrid. The two got comortable with each other quickly, and it didn't take Alex long to draw the conclusion that they were partners. He had received his letter earlier with the information of his own, and the 2 were due to meet."This is Cecile. She's my pride and joy." Alex smirked at the name, but didn't comment on it. He had names for his paraphenalia too, but not people names. The Bullet was his pipe- a small metal pipe no longer than his middle finger that was shaped as, well, a Bullet. So sue him, he wasn't a creative genius when it came to names.

Gage rolled his eyes playfully when Astrid commented on his late-ness. "Chill out, kitten. I forgot to log off and I didn't want my roommate seeing the shit we wrote to each other." The man adjusted his weight once Astrid leaned against his arm so he wouldn't be embarrassed by falling over. After noticing the smirk he was getting from Alex, he realized he'd been asked a question. "Of course that's me. Like I said in the chat, who else would have taken the time to come up that awesome of a screen name?" He shrugged lightly, careful not to knock his partner off his arm. "I'm gonna assume then that you're symmetry."
As he waited for a confirmation to his assumption, he took the pipe from Astrid and held it in his free arm. He nudged her a little as a silent request for her to light the bowl. As he waited, he nodded in Alex's direction. "Yeah, I met him today, actually. In the stairwell." He gave a slight grin as he recalled the scenario as well as the condition the kid was in when they first crossed paths. It was weird how they went from that to smoking together in plain sight. Gage supposed it didn't really matter, though.
As a side thought, he leaned his head down, barely managing to rest his head on top of Astrid's (the 'barely' was due to her height). He gave a soft chuckle at this, and smiled. While he wasn't interested in her romantically, she was his other half, his reason for living. So, leaning on her was probably okay, seeing as they were practically laying on each other anyway. "Have you found your partner yet, Alex?"

> She hadn't meant to ignore Alex. Honestly she didn't. But she was new to the whole having a partner thing and as she reached up to light the bowl for Gage, feeling his head rest on hers (which she scooted up a bit, as not to strain his neck) her mind kind of neglected the idea of another person actually existing.
> She did notice when Gage asked Alex about his own partner, suddenly curious. Her ears perked and she looked over, flicking her tail and settling those intense eyes on Alex's golden ones, searching for a reaction, a weakness, automatically. She'd always done it. It had nothing to do with fighting or spells or bonds. It just came naturally to the stray.
> To be fair, though, she decided to encourage him. As soon as Gage had asked the question, she piped up almost fluidly after him. "Gage and I are fresh, ourselves. Hasn't even been a month yet." Wow, she'd used his name for once! And what's more, her tone was friendly, almost soft and quiet instead of her usual feigned excitement.
> As she spoke, she indicated with a flick of her tail for Gage to pass the pipe over to Alex, intent on getting the kid stoned as quickly as possible. New kids were fun to mess with.

"Have you found your partner yet, Alex?" asked Gage casually enough. "Gage and I are fresh, ourselves. Hasn't even been a month yet." "Well, kind of." He wasn't exactly sure what the correct answer to that question was."I got an letter today- just 't before I spoke to you guys in the chat. They found him and know our name, but I haven't met him yet. They're arranging it though." Though the words were spoken normally enough, there was envy hidden in them. He could not once in is life recall a time where he had been so comfortable with anyone, let alone with someone he'd met a month ago. And still, this was what everyone said he had to look forward to - companionship, in the very least. It was a nice thought, but for someone who had never had that kind of connection with anyone, it was strange.
With the pipe being handed toward him, Alex took it greatfully, raising it too his lips to take a toke- the first one he had since he'd gotten here. With the smoke still in is lungs he passed the passed to Rottie before slowing exhaling."Damn- you should hook me up with whoever sold you this." he said with a smile.

The red-head took a hit as Astrid explained that they'd only known each other for a short time. While this was true, it was also fact that he felt as if he meet her ages ago. It was a strange feeling, wanting to be so close to someone that he'd only just met. In any case, he tried to hold the smoke in his lungs as long as he could before he exhaled away from the other two. He coughed twice and turned his gaze back to Alex after he had handed the pipe over.
"Well, that's good. At least you know they're here," he commented, nodding his head to show he understood. "You should have seen when the two of us met, it was ridiculous." He gave a small laugh and turned to kiss the top of Astrid's head. She was so small compared to him that Gage often had a hard time not showering her in friendly kisses and hugs. Despite his sexuality, it was something he could do without feeling awkward.
He laughed when Alex suggested that Astrid tell him where she got the weed from. Giving a nod of agreement, he chuckled. "Right? She always has the best shit." He took the lighter from his Sacrifice when she was handed the pipe and offered to her, this time, to light the bowl.

> She listened intently as Alex explained his situation, nodding in a true understanding. Yeah, waiting was harder for some people. She'd been incredibly reluctant about meeting her so-called life partner.
> Now that she had, though... Understanding became a blissful smile, one that lingered as the boys spoke casually. It vanished in a flash, though, when Gage did a cruel thing by kissing the top of her head. Instantly, she was blushing, shrinking into him shyly despite her usual self control, hiding her face and muttering at him so only he could hear.
> "Heey... Stop teasing me..." She whined ever so quietly, her tail flicking to bat against his in a very weak attempt at punishment. She was embarrassed again, damn it! He always did that! Talking about their first meeting like that... that was a terribly awkward thing to watch and something mortifying to think back on when in the company of an acquaintance.
> Otherwise, it was the number one best day of her life.
> Then the bowl came back to her and she peeked out from behind her fighter's sleeve, reaching out easily and taking Cecile as if the spiked glass were made of butterfly wings instead. So delicate, unlike when she smoked joints.
> She adjusted, starting to move her tangled arm to reach for her lighter, when Gage (damn charming bastard) offered to light it for her. She smiled and leaned over, letting him light it as she took a long, experienced draw from it...
> ...held it in...
> ...and then passed it to Gage, while tilting her head back and blowing only a faded amount of smoke towards his face, a teasing gesture that she'd learned a few schools ago. She didn't cough, but her voice sounded a touch tight when she spoke, though it faded quickly. "Glad you boys approve and all, but I can't leak my sources. If you want, I can run for you whenever. It's not far on my baby and I always get pizza whenever I go over there."
> That was more indicated to Alex, though. Gage, she'd let come, if he really wanted to go one night. She didn't like the idea of him getting personal with her dealer, but that was mostly because her dealer happened to be a very lude fellow bent on stealing as many ears as possible sometimes. He was a good guy and she trusted him (in truth, he was technically family) but somehow she couldn't help but picture him all but trying to rape her precious Tomcat on the first visit.
> She liked her tomcat... cat-like. The ears and tail made him seem almost... cute at times. Y'know, when he wasn't being mean and embarrassing her all the time. Then again, if he ever stopped doing just that, she'd probably be incredibly worried for him... that was just a part of being Gage.
